    Hey there

    Your profile indicates that you are from Delhi. And I am  thinking you are talking about Delhi University admission. Delhi University and its most of the  affiliated colleges only consider the aggregate marks of 4 subjects. This is known as best four subjects marks. Economics, sociology, history & political science are one of the subjects which are considered in best four.
