I have 60826 rank in jee mains 2019. I am general n reside in west Bengal. Can i get seat in nit Durgapur in special round?

You rank is too high and also you belong to the general category. Not much seats are vacant in the special round and many students having much better rank will compete for it. So the chances of getting a seat in NIT Durgapur is negligible. But you may get some other lower ranked NITs like NIT Meghalaya or NIT Agartala.
