I have 9.8 CGPA in my 10th and scored 97% in 12th in our state board.now I am pursuing B.Tech in IIT? what OGPA in B.tech can help me in CAT

You're have great in scores in 10th, 12th and Graduation till now and anythinf above 9.0 is considered good for IIMs and other top b-schools. However, you need to score well in CAT to get calls from the top ones. All the best.
