Yeah! You can obviously use the central EWS certificate for Maharastra counselling. Now apart from this you should also satisfy the eligibility criteria for the state quota seat i.e., you should be a domicile of the state of maharastra in order to be eligible for the counselling.
To be eligible for NEET you must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 and you must score at least 50% in your 10+2. For reserved category the marks required are:
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
Also you must be 17 years or more within Dec 31 of the appearing year.
