I have a educational gap of ten years or more can I now pursue MBA from US or Canada
An educational gap does not matter if you have been working during these years. It will be counted as experience gained. You will require to defend you gap logically for the program.
Moreover, more than the gap, what is important here is your GMAT/GRE score, your GPA etc.
You will also have to work on your application documents such as Resume, Application essays, Letters of recommendation, etc.
Any work experience you have?
