Well, basing upon your rank, it seems like you may not get admission Indraprastha Institute of Technology, Delhi in a good branch. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling since you're a OBC candidate and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.

I can provide you 2017 and 2018 cutoff ranks of IIIT, Delhi after Round 6 of JAC Delhi counseling.

These cutoffs were for OBC (Outside Delhi) candidates.

In 2017, after Round 6-

Cutoff IIITD Rank- 3,145

In 2018, after Round 6-

Cutoff IIITD Rank- 2,028

Unfortunately, there is NO CHANCE through your IIITD rank.
