Hey Abdul Aziz,
Yes the income certificate is sufficient to apply for EWS.
For availing the Economically weaker section quota, you must not belong to any of the reserved categories already. Make sure you have the income certificate stating your eligibility with an yearly income less than 8 lakhs.
