In order to contest for a seat for admission to desired stream, one needs to fetch at least 120 and above in JEE Mains. Since 50% weightage is allotted to state board scores, your scores should be good there as well.
Thus, all I can say is your chances are tough to grab a seat for your desired branch in MIT as your performance is not up to the par. However, there are many management quota seats where you can easily get through those, by paying higher amount of fees.
