I have a up domicile certificate issued in 2017.If i appear for neet counselling in 2019 then do i need to have a fresh domicile certificate

As domicile certificate certifies that you are a resident of a particular area, it is important for counselling. Every domicile certificate certifies that you was a resident there for five years. And another domicile certificate needs five years to be applicable. So I do not see any rationale to be there for a new one. But some times, the counselling authorities may ask for a fresh document. They usually states it to be authorized after 1st January or April. So unless other wise stated please confirm with the counselling authority for clarification.
