- IGIMS has a proven track record and an experienced faculty, it also has a well developed college culture with an active student body.

- whereas, AIIMS Guwahati is absolutely new. Chances are that you it may spring into prominence 10-15 years down the line but as of now, it remains a fresh institute which will be trying its best to create a legacy.

- you will get state of the art facilities and all at AIIMS but arguably, IGIMS and its clinical experience can be called better (as of now) as there is already a well formed image about it, patients come in thousands and doctors are well versed.

So take your time and decide based on what you are after- current skill development and learning at IGIMS or new campus, new culture, and a prestigious tag of AIIMS for life.

First of all Heartiest congrats to you for getting both of the colleges. Aiims guahati and igims patna both colleges are best for medical. They both have big campus, great teaching faculty, good lecture theatre and many more. But according to me you should go for aiims guahati.
