I have alloted seat in 1st round but I'm not interested in that so i want to wait upto 6th round then I have to pay fee or not

As you say you are getting an seat in first allotment round but you are not intrested in that & you want to wait for 6th round
once you getting an any seat in any round you should have to pay the fee first after that you will able to take part in another round
if you are getting an seat and you didn't confirm it by paying fee
your seat and admission will get cancelled . you are unable to take participate in other round.then you have only one option is remaining for counselling is CSAB.
make sure that whatever seat you are getting you should have to  pay the fee first.!
