Look the registration for Year 2021 has been closed , If you want to apply for 2022 than you are eligible. Different college have different criteria of admission .
Admission Criteria - Merit based , Entrance based and few also give admission on the NEET marks.
Eligibility criteria - applying for programmes, you will have to pass your 10+2 with at least 50% of marks.
Also, you can get admission in reputed universities by Qualifying entrance exam for admission to BPT programmes i.e Common Entrance Test (CET) ,GGIPU CET,
PU CET.

As per your profile you belongs to Maharashtra so I am considering your admission to BPT course in Maharashtra, if you are seeking in any other state then there is no requirement of NEET and also please let me know in the comment section if you want to get details about other states BPT admissions.
See if you have qualified NEET UG 2021 then you have to register yourself for NEET counselling of Maharashtra from the official website given below :-

Make sure to register before January 5th 2022 because it is the last date for submitting your application for NEET counselling for BPT admissions. After this deadline you will not able to apply for NEET counselling without applying for NEET counselling you cannot appear for counselling and cannot get admission.
