I have already submitted TES 46 application sucesfully.But to see my summery again I cant login. Its saying authentification failed. What to do? please help.

Hello,
Its very unfortunate that you are facing the issue.
Kindly try to clear the history and cache from the web browser you are using and then try to log in by providing correct credentials.
The password is Case sensitive, so if you haven't typed the password with correct case of letters, you won't be able to log in.
