i have applied before cat exam and it was very low percentile ....So in 2021 i am filling cat form for new id ya old id Plz tell any issue of new id ya old id

Hi. There is no such issue as old id or new id. Make sure your ID is active as that is the main source of receiving updates. Although while filling the application form you need to mention that it is your 2nd attempt. There is no restrictions as of how many times you can appear for CAT with the exception of only once in a year.
