i have applied for my migration certificate.i have received my acknowledgement number .then for downloading certificate..but the otp is not coming to me..then in the screen is fill with the otp is exceeded two times..but i have not received any otp still now pls help me this

I hope you are doing well.
As per your query I would glad to tell you that their is no need to work much on this , most of the times due to the slow server or server error, sending otp takes much times as expected . I would advise you to wait for some days till then traffic on the server will also get reduced and start sending again otp ,it will surely come . Make sure your number is active to receive the otp.
