I have been alloted a seat in upsee2020 round 1 but i dont want it still do i need to pay ₹20000 amount?????

Dear Student,
No, you need not confirm your seat if you are not happy with your first choice. Since you are not looking to accept the seat, you need not pay the amount. You can float the option & wait for further rounds. Since, you are not accepting the seat alloted to you, you need not pay the acceptance fee.
