I have been alloted a seat under UPTU 2020 couselling during the second round. The alloted institution and programme was at 9th position in my choice locking process. But now I wish to have a seat which is at the 16th position in the locked choices. What should I do?

You will have to go with further round of counselling if you are not happy with the allotted college. The chances of getting a seat in the college you want in the further round is subject to availability of the seats.
