Yes, if you do not Report to Alloted College of Round 1 then you will be Automatically Eligible for Round 2 of Maharashtra State NEET Counselling and Allotted Seat of Round 1 will be Cancelled. You can not claim that seat again. You have to do fresh choice filling in Round 2 of Maharashtra State NEET Counselling.

For Mop-up Round there are separate eligibility Criterias, if you got seat in Round 2 of Maharashtra NEET Counselling then you will not be eligible for Mop-up Round, but if you didn't get any seat then you can participate in Mop-up Round Counselling.
