I have been allotted a seat in round 1.if it is mandatory to upload documents in further rounds?

You have to upload the documents and pay seat booking fee in first round itself. Otherwise your seat will get cancelled.
If you get better college somewhere else you can later withdraw your seat after 2nd round.
