I have been allotted CSE In NIT SILCHAR in the sixth round of JOSAA counselling and I am a GEN-EWS candidate. You will get refund according to your college rules(nit silchar) sometimes if you pay extra fee then in some college it is adjusted in your further semesters fee and not directly refunded while in some it is directly refunded so you can directly contact the college and enquire about refund policy.
