I have choice in between cgc landra and uit Shimla for BTech in cs which one should I choose

According to my research I think CGC Landra is best for B.tech in Computer Science and Technology. Here are the some key points of this college.
1. Less Fees as compared to UIT shimla.
2. Placement percentage is high than UIT.
