The good news is that your Board exams have no importance in your NEET score and rank. You only need to complete your 10+2 to be eligible for NEET. On the other side to be eligible for NEET, you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bioyechnology. This 50% is for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST,OBC.  You should have completed your 10+2, passed all the subjects individually and score an aggregate of 40% in these 3 subjects. So once you clear Physics and Chemistry and score the required aggregate, you acn appear for NEET.
