I have completed 10th and 12th from Outside Maharashtra, but I was born in Mah.and having Domicile of Mah.can I apply 85 % quota of Mah.

Off course, you will live anywhere in india,but you will recognise as maharashtrian. No problem if you have 10th or 12th marksheet out of Maharashtra.you will definitely comes under 85%quota of Maharasthra.

old domicile rules come back from this year again ,

Required two from three

1) 10 th in Maharashtra

2) 12 th in Maharashtra

3) Maharashtra domicile

Wait till the Dmer release neet broucher 2018 in next week ,may come some positive for you
