Hello Student, You study 12 years in the state of Karnataka. But by birth you are from Andhra Pradesh. Then your domicile certificate will not of state of karnatak. Then your opportunities and advantage in the course of education you will get as a domicile of state of Andhra Pradesh. So you will get the home state reservation in NEET counselling for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Now you can go to this link below to know more about Neet counselling
