I have completed B.Sc in Mathematics from University of Madras, institute of distance education in 2019. I have completed from West Bengal.. Is it legal or illegal as per ugc recent guideline?

Dear Aspirants ,
If you are completed your Bsc course with Specialization in mathematics from University Madras through distance education then there is no worry and it is not illegal because in India there are two types of Mode of education are provided like regular and distance so distance course is not a illegal by UGC or any of government .But your second statement "I have completed from West Bengal " it was incomplete .If we go through this particular sentence then distance course you can purse any of state there is no restriction .
