I hope you are doing fine, Yes , you can apply for the fertilizers seeds and pesticides license. It's a benefit for you that if you applied for the license after completing your diploma.

After completion of diploma in agriculture, a candidate can get license of seed and fertilizer. Generally, persons who possess degree in fisheries & veterinary do not apply for License for Agriculture inputs.
