I have completed my BA from IGNOU with 51% marks . So i will be elegible for DU LLB 2019 ?

You can apply for DULLB & BHU LLB programme, As per the eligibility you should be Graduate in any of the field with minimum 50% as a General category & 45% as a reserved category from a recognized board. You can check the further eligibility to apply for the exams with the given below links.
