You can go on to pursue Masters of Arts ie the MA degree now. MA is the PG degree career that BA bachelors can pursue and they can also choose their own specific subject. All the major universities across India offer MA program in a variety of subjects and, therefore, admissions are quite easy. Other options that you have are Diploma, you also get to learn through this course as you are guided with short term training programs and professional level internship opportunities. The other options are Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Laws. MBA in any specific field of your choice is also an interesting option.

Best wishes. Thank you.
Sufiya, your BA is a Undergraduation course which is a Bachelor's degree. So you have to opt for Post Graduation course which is a Master's degree also called PG. Now you haven't mentioned the stream or specialisation that you have done your BA in. Generally, you have to pursue your Master's in any of the subjects that you have studied in your Bachelor's degree. For example, if you have completed your BA in English, you can pursue your MA in English. You can also pursue MBA. Because MBA doesn't have stream or subject specifications in your Bachelor's degree. Which means, even if you have completed your BA, you can ppear for relevant MBA entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, SNAP, ATMA etc and pursue MBA. That is one option. And there are few Universities which offer Distance education in Master's which also do not have any specifications or disciplines that you should have studied in your BA. So in short, it depends on what you have studied in your Bachelor's and what you want to do with your career.
