Since you mentioned that you have completed an internship with the same company, the first question is "Did you enjoy your work and did you get to learn anything which helped you develop your skills?" If yes, then it is always good to gain a 1 or 2 years work experience before you go for a Masters programmme. It would also give you a breather from continuous studies and help you gain industry experience before you join your Masters Degree.

I can understand this might seem like a tough call to make. But it is not. Selecting between a job and study is not as difficult as it seems. All you need to do is relax, think through the pros and cons of both the options, accept your decision and move ahead with it. If you think, you need to have a practical exposure to the industry and are interested in starting your career as a write5r, go ahead with it. If you think, you need t complete your masters first, learn more, study some specializations, go ahead with it. As mentioned, write down all the pros and cons of both the options. The decision is all yours. And whatever you'll decide wholeheartedly will be the best for you.
