I have completed my B.tech in 2019, but still i didn't receive my PC. Can I apply for gate 2020 with CC (course completion) certificate.

Hello,
Yes you can apply for gate without passing certificate. There is a provision in GATE that you can give gate both after passing engineering or last year of degree course. You just need to apply your course completion certificate and if asked you may need to apply your last semester marksheet.
