I have completed my Btech mechanical in chennai 2018 passed out.. Can i do MS in petroleum engineering

Ofcourse you can do MS in petroleum engineering after Btech in mechanical engineering.
But be careful that some of the universites doesnot take the different background students. So before applying check the university website for the eligibilty criteria.
