i have completed my graduation in b.sc gen .So am i illegible for ssc cgl?

Yes you are eligible for SSC CGL 2019.
The eligibility criteria for SSC CGL 2019 are as follows:
The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from any recognised university or its equivalent. Candidates those are in the final year of graduation can also apply for SSC CGL with their provisional degrees. Candidates should have a graduate degree on or before 01/08/2019. The age limits of the candidates must be within 20 years – 30 years. The candidates must be an Indian by nationality.

Yes, why not SSC CGL is one of best option if you can crack it. As you have a Bsc degree hence you have a graduation degree of 3 years which is a mandatory eligibility criteria to fill up the application form.
After clearing the exam, there are different job profiles you can get ASSISTANT type jobs or ITI,Excise inspector. These are some powerful job profile which will give you power and administration ability.
