I have doing class 12th from nios board but I should right cbse in aiims mbbs application form.. What should I do..??

If you are studying your 12th from NIOS, your option should be NIOS. If that option is not there, you should select 'Others'. You cannot select CBSE. Now the whole registration process for AIIMS is closed and you cannot make any more changes to your application.
