hi sir, iam open degree DR BR Ambedkar 2015 BATCH, degree 3years campleet. but tha fainal year 2 subjet pnding,,iam all ready one taime study center changed. Yes, you can change the study center, you need to give a valid reason to do so and a valid document if applicable to the university which will, in turn, grant you the permission.
