Yes, You are eligible to apply for UP govt. medical college.

According to the rule of reservation , if you have passed your 10+2 exam from UP and have UP domicile then you will be eligible to apply for the reservation of 85% state quota seats.

But, if you don't have UP domicile then you can apply for the reservation of remaining 15% All India Quota seats.

Whatever the case is, you will be eligible to apply for UP govt. Medical college.

Directorate of Medical Education and training of Uttar Pradesh has already released Uttar Pradesh MBBS admission seat allotment list. Actually I did not get your question clearly. But if you have domicile of Uttar Pradesh you are completely eligible for Uttar Pradesh Government Medical College if you have required cutoff. So, to answer your question, Yes , you are definitely eligible tp apply for government colleges in MP state even though your home state is UP. But in this case, you won't have any home state quota privileges , but you will have to be under AIQ which is the All India quota, that is only 15% of the total seats.

If you have a domicile certificate and prove in UP state then don't worry you are eligible for UP government medical Colleges although you are applying from MP.

But you don't have your domicile prove for UP citizen then you can't apply as a domicile student.
