I have done 10,11,12 from MP and my father are military officer but I have domicile of UP, can I get medical seat in MP by 85% state quata

If you have Domicile of UP, you can participate in UP State Counselling. Getting a medical seat depends on your marks,  Category and your rank in the merit list. Your domicile has nothing to do with getting a seat in a Medical College. Having domicile of any State meams you can participate in the counselling for both Government and Medical Colleges of that particular State.

Youcan try through All India Quota.
