i have done a ba in foreign language is it possible to do data science as i have no technical background?

It is possible to become data scientists, but you need to work on your skills. The three main skills are - Statistics, Business knowledge and Programming.
Besides, watch videos and tutorials to learn everything. Also, you can join some short-term course to get more specialisation.
