i have done b1 level of delf (french) and therefore i wanna apply for MA french in PUCHD. the process of admission is merit based !! my doubt is , whether i have to give entrance exam,and then waiy for merit.. or direct admission without any ent.exam? ,what is the full process to get registered?

Hello,
Admission to MA French in Punjab University is done purely on the basis of qualifying examination, no entrance test is conducted regarding this matter. There are different eligibility criteria for this course, for those who have done bachelor's degree in any other subject than that of French need to pass the same with 50% aggregate along with graduation level or diploma level knowledge of French.

Okay !! So when will I have to get registered to panjab university?? I mean ,other students who have entrance exam,they have filled the form . But for students who have merit based admission ,when will we have to register???
Also,what exactly merit here means?? Merit means to fulfill the eligibility or get 90% above marks??
Also, they'll see my graduation marks as well as my b1 marks for the merit??
