I have done BTech Chemical Engg. from VIT, Pune.Can anyone guide me for Integrated Phd courses?Can I directly go for PhD without Masters?

No, you cannot go for Ph.D directly without Master's degree as you will have to complete your M.Tech/M.Sc first and after that you can get admission in Ph.D program and there are many colleges available which provide intergrated Ph.D but the admission and eligibility criteria varies accordingly so please mention which particular college you are talking about?
