B.Tech CSE has a very wide scope, it totally depends what kind of work you want to do. There are few things you can do get a better job.

1. Skill Enhancement: If you are currently working in any company, try to focus on learning new technologies like full stack development, android development, machine learning, DevOps etc. These skills are currently in demand in industry and you can easily upgrade to a better job.

2. Certification Courses: If you are working in some core field like JAVA, or Networking or Cyber Security, try to certfication courses, they will bring a decent salary hike in your career. One of my friend working networking went for CCNA certification from CISCO and he got a 120% hike in his salary for next job.

3. Higher Studies:

This option is always open for everyone, you can give GATE exam and join some good institution from where you can get good placement, incase you want to go for non-techincal profile, you can always go for MBA.
