I have done Btech in Computer science and want to do MA/Msc in psychology. Am I eligible for the programe respective program in BHU? Please help

Psychology is Scientific study of how people behavior, think and feel. It's basis of human inspection. How human works. So you are pursuing BTech in CSE. But want to study psychology. Yes, you can do this. So many students from different zone study psychology. You have to apply those University are offer this kind of students.
BHU is Banaras Hindu University, which is offered MSC and MA psychology course. But the eligibility criteria here you have to complete your graduation BA or BSC in psychology with minimum 60% marks. You can also apply here, if they are given admission then it's fine. So it's better to talk college authority personally.
