Delhi comes in Haryana then u r either completed your 10 or 12.

If you have completed your class 11th & 12th board from Delhi, Then you will be eligible to apply the medical programme for Delhi state quota seats. What is your NEET score?

If you belong to a specific quota that is accepted by NEET then you can definitely be eligible,else you can't be a part of the quota for medical.
