I have EBC certificate I have given EWS instead of EBC in ssc exam form
Hello Aspirant,
See EBC stands for Economically Backward Class and EBC is a reservation provided at state level but for national level it is either OBC-NCL or EWS category so if you does not belongs to OBC category then you can upload EWS certificate for any national level exam.
Now as you have mentioned that the exam is SSC CHSL then it is a national level examination so there will be no problem on uploading of EWS certificate instead of EBC certificate because the reservation advantages you will be getting will be in accordance to that of EWS category.
Note that for SSC CHSL today is the last date of application so make your application complete with all correct details as there is no provision of correction after submission of application form, and submit it before midnight 12:00 AM.
