i have ews certificate of rajasthan state so can i fikll any form of central ir state level using that certificate or should i require a new certificate

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have EWS certificate made from Rajasthan,it is absolutely valid and you can apply in the state level using this certificate.
These certificate is absolutely valid as you are doing this for educational purposes but if it's required for any government issues then maybe it requires central level
