CBSE class 12 exam results are not yet released. So, please don't jump to conclusions. There are many instances where secured marks are greater than expected due to procedures like grace marks and moderation between sets.
As per CBSE Pass Criteria, you have to secure 33% marks each in theory and practicals separately. So, if unfortunately you fail in Physics theory, you can give COMPARTMENT exam. (Applicable only if failed in one subject).
To pass in Physics, practice derivations and numerical questions from previous year papers. Some theory questions repeat a lot. You need to focus on them too.
