i have filled gate 2021 form with gen ews category. during admissions, during admissions in march 2021 i have to show ews certificate of year 2020 or 2021?

Hello Dear,
You fill up your gate exam form in 2020 but in admission time year has been changed 2020 to 2021. But EWS certificate is valid 1 April to 31 march only.
Suppose your EWS certificate is made after 1 April 2020 like may ,June,July,August, September, October or in the other month but the expire date is 31 march 2021.
You take admission after march like 10-15 April your certificate is expire at this time .
You will renew your certificate or created a new certificate to get 10% relaxation in admission time and don't use your expired certificate.
It is harmful for you.

Yes,but after the 31 march 2021.
because in this year you have ews certificate and it is valid up to 31 march 2021.

but in JAM there clearly written the certificate must be after 31th march, 2020....
I applied Gate for general category. But now i have got EWS certificate. So during my application for PhD in which catagory I have to choose ?
