I have filled GATE CSE 2025 form under EWS category. So if I qualify GATE exam in EWS category and don't have enough score to clear General category cutoff, then do I need to submit the EWS Certificate to get the stipend ? I'm doing a dual degree course so dont need admission through GATE Score
