I have filled general category in aiims mbbs 2018 application form but I'm from st category ...may I correct it...what should I do..??

Sorry but you won't be able to correct it as the instructions are already given at first to fill the form properly and to get your correction. Since now the results are also out for aiims you won't be able to do anything.
