If you have filled the form for JEE Mains second session twice than your second form will be cancelled automatically. Only your first registration will be vaild.
The second session of JEE Mains will be conducted from September 1st to 6th, 2020 as it was postponed this year due to the current pandemic. Also, JEE Advanced 2020 will be conducted on September 27th, 2020.
