Hi Sudhir,

Different states have definition of domicile very different.

Some states define docile as being a permanent resident of that state.

While some say that if you have completed 10th and 12th from that state then you are a domiciled citizen of that state.

Because of this only many a students attend the state quota counselling of two states at the same time for the 85% state quota seats.

Hence, you too can do that.
